About Dayne Haworth:
Dayne Haworth is a highly experienced and well-rounded senior physiotherapist with over 14 years of clinical practice. He qualified from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2011 and has since completed several advanced postgraduate courses, including Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT) in 2018, Vestibular Rehabilitation, McKenzie Lumbar Disc Rehabilitation, and Sports Injury Rehabilitation, among others.
Dayne is known for his excellent communication skills and empathetic approach to patient care. Having gained valuable insight from his own personal experiences, he brings genuine compassion and understanding to every treatment session. His dedication to helping clients achieve their goals and his passion for physiotherapy are evident in all aspects of his work.
Outside of the clinic, Dayne is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys staying active through various sporting activities. He also has a love for the outdoors, spending his free time hiking and bird watching. When he’s not exploring nature, you’ll often find him in the kitchen, where he enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes
About Tasneem Wentzel:
Tasneem graduated in 2013 from the University of Western Cape (UWC) and completed hercommunity service at Vredenburg Hospital. She has completed courses in painmanagement, basic wheelchair seating, sports taping, and dry needling. Tasneem is apassionate and dedicated physiotherapist deeply committed to improving the health andwell-being of her patients. Her greatest joy comes from witnessing the positive impact ofphysiotherapy on their lives. Her professional practice has a unique focus: during themornings, she works with physically and intellectually challenged children and young adults,an area she is incredibly passionate about as she strives to empower them to reach their fullpotential. In the afternoons, she dedicates her expertise to elderly patients, assisting themwith rehabilitation following surgery, managing respiratory conditions, and treating acuteinjuries like back and neck pain, with the goal of restoring their mobility and independence.As a busy mother of four, her dedication and nurturing spirit extend to all her patients.Tasneem firmly believes in the transformative power of physiotherapy and is committed toproviding the highest standard of care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
About Janesse Fourie
Janesse Fourie is a passionate and experienced physiotherapist with a special interest in Women’s and Pelvic Health. She initially qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013 from the University of Stellenbosch. Together with women’s health Janesse has gained expertise and done further training in various fields including neurological rehabilitation, Pilates and chronic pain management.
In addition to physiotherapy, Janesse is a qualified Lactation Consultant from Wits University in Johannesburg. This enabled her to assist new mothers with all feeding related difficulties in addition to pelvic floor rehabilitation post-partum.

About Caryn Adam:
Caryn graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2008. In 2009 Caryn worked in London for a year after which she completed her Community Service in Barberton in 2010. In 2011 she moved to a private practice in Hermanus. She completed her OMT (Orthopedic Manual Therapy) course in 2012.
Caryn is a keen athlete and has participated in many endurance races ranging from Ironman, Cape Epic, Otter trail marathons and Joburg2C. Her personal love for sport aids in her treatment of sports conditions. She has a passion for lower back and neck pain and introduces rehab in her treatment sessions. Caryn began her own practice in 2013 in Strand. It has grown over the years to serve the greater Strand community.
