Danae has a special interest in sports and neuromusculoskeletal conditions, and plans to pursue a postgraduate diploma in Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy (SPT) to further enhance her skills and expertise. In the meantime, you can find Danae on the field working with St. Georges RFC in Strand as a team physiotherapist or on the mat doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Danae believes in healing through movement and connection. She focuses on the ‘whole individual’ by incorporating a patient-centered approach to treatment. This allows her to provide individually tailored treatment plans that embrace the abilities, goals and experiences of the individual. Danae firmly believes that empowering her patients to take charge of their own recovery by being an active participant in their own rehabilitation is the key to success.

Caryn sorted out my knee, tennis elbow and shoulder. Wish I lived closer so I could go to her more often

I have been to many physiotherapist over the years, but after seeing Jayne I will never go to anyone else. She worked with me to not only treat the symptoms, but to fix the underlying cause of my pain and start building up the right supporting muscles. She is very professional and knowledgeable in her field, and I would recommend her to anyone needing a physio.

I love going to Caryn Adam Physio! Jayne is highly professional and helped me with my neck/back injury, I felt immediate relief during my consult with her and she gave me exercises to do at home which helped me to get my strength back. I highly recommend Jayne to anyone who's struggling with muscle pain or a sports injury to get back on track on strong again!

Since I have been involved with the Caryn Adam Physiotherapy group, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jayne is doing incredible work with me as an amputee. Her diagnostic skills are profound as is her interest in the effect that this condition has had on my whole body. She is not only treating my immediate symptoms but is working on strengthening the connecting muscles and joints in order to continue making me the best I can be. This is not just a job for her, it is her vocation and her passion. Her knowledge and advice is invaluable. Together with Rose at reception they go the extra mile for their clients in every way and the ongoing support and encouragement that one receives from the Caryn Adams Physio family is most reassuring.
